Nigerian social media influencer and self-styled relationship coach Blessing CEO, also known as Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, disclosed on Wednesday, March 26, 2026, that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and requires urgent surgery to remove one or both breasts to prevent further spread of the disease.

She explained, “It was a very hard decision… when predicaments like this come for you, you become powerless. I might not be able to do anything, work, influence, resources have gone into this. And that’s why I’m here pleading.”

The influencer previously announced plans to sell personal possessions, including her Lagos mansion, car, and wigs, to raise money for chemotherapy and medical expenses.

She shared an account number for donations, urging her followers to contribute any support they can offer.
