Mercy Aigbe had announced the passing of her mother on Wednesday, September 24, sharing a candlelight tribute on her Instagram page with crying emojis and wishing her late mum eternal rest.

A service of songs was held on Thursday, November 27, followed by her burial on Friday, November 28. Saturday marked a celebration of her life with praise and thanksgiving.

In a show of support, Bobrisky took to his Instagram story, sharing a photo of Mercy Aigbe and offering comforting words. He wrote:

“@realmercyaigbe sorry about ur loss. Mummy has gone to rest. You look so good by the way sis me.”
