The popular Nigerian comedian and content creator, Samuel Animashaun Perry, better known as Broda Shaggi, served as one of the groomsmen at the high-profile wedding, held in Monaco.
In a tongue-in-cheek Instagram post, he reflected on the magical union, describing it as “love wey pass Titanic.”
“I see love wey pass Titanic, e shock me. You need to see both of them together — their love be like when you dey watch Cinderella part one,” he wrote.
For Shaggi, the grandeur of the event wasn’t just about the romance — it was a reminder that love, when paired with financial comfort, becomes a different experience altogether. “Love is sweet, but when money enter, love is sweeter,” he joked.
The comedian, known for his witty takes on everyday Nigerian life, ended his post with a classic quip.
He revealed he had “invested the ₦3,500” in his bank account as a gesture towards preparing for his own dream wedding — ideally, one set on the moon. “Make Jesus stroll come since we go dey him neighbourhood,” he added.
