Nollywood actor and filmmaker Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, on Thursday, June 12, 2026, celebrated a major milestone in Lagos after receiving the YouTube Gold Creator Award for surpassing one million subscribers on his YouTube channel.

The award recognises creators who achieve significant audience growth on the platform, marking a new chapter in Itele’s expanding digital influence within Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
