Board Directs 2025 JAMB O-level Result Re-upload

JAMB O-level result re-upload 2025: UTME candidates must re-upload final WAEC results to avoid disqualification from admission process

The JAMB O-level result re-upload 2025 directive was issued on Monday as the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) ordered all UTME candidates to re-upload their WAEC results on its portal, following the release of the final 2025 WASSCE results.

In its official bulletin, the Board stated that earlier uploaded O-level results—submitted by candidates who selected “awaiting result” during registration—have been cleared from the system to prevent admission discrepancies.

“Some candidates who sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, with ‘awaiting results’ had prematurely uploaded incomplete WAEC records before the final release,” JAMB stated.

To ensure accurate data for the 2025 admission cycle, JAMB has now mandated a fresh upload of all candidates’ O-level results, regardless of whether or not the previously uploaded results match the final outcome.

“All UTME candidates are advised to urgently re-upload their 2025 SSCE results on the JAMB portal to remain eligible for admission consideration,” the bulletin emphasized.

Candidates are required to complete the re-upload at accredited CBT centres to validate their updated records for the ongoing admission process.
