He shared that the emotional pain prompted an unusual period of isolation, during which he found comfort in gospel songs by BBO and Grace Idowu.

“Recently, I experienced a profound disappointment. It was a turning point, solidifying my reliance on God, not humans. The pain was intense, leading me to isolate myself for three days, something completely out of character for me,” Kamo State wrote.

He added that during this time he could not pray, only cry, questioning God about the nature of humanity.

Reflecting on the experience, he shared a message of forgiveness and resilience. “I’ve also forgiven the person who disappointed me because God wants us to forgive so we can receive our own blessings too. This experience has ignited a new confidence in myself, my dreams, and my journey. I am now fearless,” he stated.

Kamo State is recognised for his viral online comedy skits and roles in Nollywood productions, including Everybody Loves Jenifa (2024).
