In a social media post, Ossai Ovie criticised what he described as the poor representation of Nigerian culture, lamenting that fashion choices failed to showcase the country’s cultural identity.

Ovie singled out Chioma Adeleke’s attire, describing it as inappropriate and inconsistent with Nigerian cultural values.

He said: “I am disappointed in Chioma Davido’s dressing. She shouldn’t have been half-naked to Grammy. She didn’t represent Nigerian culture well, embracing a half naked revealing Western style instead. Cultural representation matters, and it’s crucial.”

Ovie also expressed disappointment in music star Davido for not discouraging his wife’s choice of attire, stating, “I am disappointed in Davido for allowing her to dress this way. I am really disappointed.”
