Shank Comics survives a serious car accident during a live stream, escaping unhurt while his friend’s car suffers extensive damage

Shank Comics has survived a severe car accident that occurred during one of his live streams on Saturday, leaving fans and onlookers shocked.

The vehicle, owned by his collaborator Habby Forex, sustained significant front-end damage, making it inoperable. Social media footage captured the comedian standing beside Habby, both unscathed, as onlookers gathered at the scene.

In an Instagram post shortly after the crash, Shank Comics expressed gratitude and relief. “The craziest thing happened to me today on stream. I crashed! God is good. Sorry for your Benz @habbyforex_. God, thank you. This would have gone worse. Drive safe guys,” he wrote.

Rising to fame during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown with viral skits about everyday Nigerian life, Shank Comics has since become a household name.

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, he transitioned from skit-making to digital content creation, amassing millions of followers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and has recently expanded into live streaming on Twitch.
