Sunshine Rosman has opened up about her clean-living lifestyle, revealing that she doesn’t drink alcohol or smoke, attributing her vibrant energy and positivity to what she calls her “natural highness.”

Speaking on the Open Up podcast, the actress said she has always drawn happiness from within and doesn’t need any substances to boost her mood or performance.

“People often ask me what I drink after seeing my videos,” Rosman said. “I don’t drink. I don’t smoke either. But guess what? If we are at a party, I would be more turnt than anybody in that room.”

Rosman explained that her lively spirit often surprises those around her, who assume she must be under the influence. However, she insists that her joy and enthusiasm are entirely self-generated.

“I have all the happiness and highness that I want inside myself. God has given it to me freely. I don’t need to take anything to influence me,” she said.

Reflecting on her acting journey, Rosman admitted that despite achieving professional success, there were moments she felt unfulfilled.

“There was a time I said I wanted to sustain myself from acting alone, and gigs were coming, but I felt empty,” she shared.

Rosman said she enjoys celebrating genuine creative moments, especially after wrapping successful film projects.

“I love celebrating with cast and crew members, especially when you’ve created a beautiful body of work. Those are the kind of parties I like—not just random Lagos clubs,” she added.
