Toyosi Etim Effiong, wife of Nollywood actor Daniel Etim Effiong, stated that infidelity is not a reason for her to end her marriage.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Toke Moments podcast, Toyosi shared her perspectives on marriage, commitment, and faith.

She emphasised that prayer and spiritual support hold greater importance in sustaining a marriage than fidelity alone.

“Cheating is not a dealbreaker for me. I even created a prayer group, Wives of Entertainers Prayer Group, to pray for our husbands so that Jezebels will not carry them,” she said.

Toyosi explained that instead of leaving her marriage over infidelity, she relies on faith and prayer to protect her home and maintain a strong relationship.

She added that love, patience, and good communication are essential for a lasting marriage, and that both partners must make deliberate efforts to understand each other.
