Woman Arrested After Firing at Rihanna’s LA Mansion

Police have arrested a woman in her 30s after she opened fire on pop star Rihanna’s Los Angeles mansion on Sunday afternoon while the singer was inside.

The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. in the upscale Beverly Crest neighbourhood, just outside Beverly Hills. Officers confirmed that the suspect fired approximately 10 rounds from an AR-15-style rifle, with at least four bullets or fragments striking the property, including one that pierced a wall. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Rihanna was at home with her family, including her partner, hip-hop star A$AP Rocky, and their children, though it is unclear if they were present at the exact time of the shooting.

The suspect fled the scene but was quickly apprehended by police, who also recovered the firearm. Her identity has not yet been released, and authorities are still investigating the motive behind the attack.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s R-H Division is leading the investigation. Video footage showed bullet holes in a gate near the mansion and yellow crime scene tape blocking the street as officers secured the area.
