Zinoleesky social media clash with Ghanaian-American singer Moliy escalated on Wednesday 15 October 2025, after she publicly dismissed rumours of a musical collaboration between the two in what many fans considered an unnecessarily abrasive manner.

It began with the circulation of a promotional flyer online, suggesting an upcoming joint release. While fans speculated with excitement, Moliy abruptly poured cold water on the claims. In a curt post on X (formerly Twitter), she retweeted the image with just one word: “Who?”
That single-word response set the internet ablaze. Within hours, Zinoleesky responded in kind, calling her a “two-hit wonder” and expressing confusion about her discography. His tweet read, “2 hits wonder… and I don’t even know the 2nd song @Moliymusic.”
Unimpressed by the jab, Moliy fired back, saying, “Very grateful to not be known by you. Artists that know me aren’t local champions,” a statement many interpreted as a direct insult to Zinoleesky’s reputation as a homegrown Nigerian act.
