Cynthia Morgan slams Natasha in a fiery online outburst that has sparked widespread debate across Nigeria’s entertainment circles.
The former dancehall singer took to Instagram to criticise Natasha Osawaru, wife of music icon 2Baba, over what she described as an orchestrated public apology by the veteran singer.
The drama unfolded after a recent interview by 2Baba triggered intense reactions online, leading to a remorseful post from the singer. However, Morgan voiced suspicion about the sincerity of the apology, claiming it was a result of pressure from Natasha rather than a genuine act of contrition.

In the same post, Morgan questioned the role religion may have played in the situation, asking if 2Baba is now a church leader or if his apology was spurred by a newfound spiritual commitment. She then concluded with a direct appeal to the public.
“Pray for Tuface. Someone says he deserves it. Indiscipline truly brings shame. Proverbs 29 vs 15. Free Tubaba,” she wrote, including a biblical reference that seemed to imply that 2Baba’s perceived actions were driven by pressure and not self-reflection.
Her statement has divided public opinion. While some praised her courage in speaking out against what they perceived as emotional manipulation, others criticised her for inserting herself into a personal matter and questioning the intentions of a legally married couple.
