Speaking at the Lagos Business of Film Summit, the EbonyLife Media CEO said while she admires their creativity and viral impact, dancing is not her style.

Abudu stressed that she prefers alternative promotional strategies that fit her brand and personality.

She also highlighted the importance of diversity in marketing approaches, encouraging filmmakers to focus on methods that play to their strengths.

Her comments come amid industry debates, following Kunle Afolayan’s criticism of dance-based film promotion, which sparked reactions from fans and colleagues including Funke Akindele and Omotola Jalade Ekeinde.
