Nigerian afrobeats singer Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, popularly known as Spyro, has opened up about a long period of personal and professional struggle before his career breakthrough.

On his social media platform, Spyro described how he was at a critical juncture in life before his fortunes shifted, attributing his success to divine intervention. He encouraged followers not to lose hope despite difficult circumstances.

“If someone had told me three years ago that I would become this fly, I would have argued it. Now I look at my life, and all I can say is please don’t give up… I have been in the industry hustling for 16 years, and I was at my lowest when JESUS changed it all, and that same JESUS is still in the business of changing lives. JUST BELIEVE,” he wrote.
